Our Refund Policy
Returns and Refunds: Once the warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please allow your bank or credit card company 3 to 7 business days to process and post the refund.
Please note that for any returns associated with our "Free Shipping" offer, the original shipping fees incurred in shipping your order to you will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges for all other orders not associated with our "Free Shipping" offer are non-refundable. In addition, a restocking fee of up to 15% will be deducted from the refund.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect all packages for any damages or missing items before accepting your shipment. If you notice any damage or missing items, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt. We will refund or replace any damaged items if proof is provided.
Any damages or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing and accepting your shipment in order to file a claim. Do not let the delivery driver rush you. You have the right to inspect each and every item. If the delivery driver refuses to wait or doesn't allow you to inspect your items prior to signing, please call us immediately at +1 866 973 4448, and our claims department will assist you.
Exchanges:
To ensure that you get what you want in the quickest way possible, we suggest that you return the item you have (following the return process above) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Changes or Cancellations:
If you want to change or cancel your order (including pre-orders), please do so within 24 hours. After 24 hours, any changes or cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee, whether or not your order has been shipped or delayed. If the order has already left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Delays:
Please understand that warehouse processing and shipping carrier limitations beyond our control may cause delivery delays. When you purchase our items, please keep this in mind. Any cancellation requested due to a delay that is out of our control will be treated as a cancellation.
